Our agents go to the site, remove and secure the equipment, pack for transport, and ship to the customer's desired location.
Site Survey
Depending on the circumstances or the location we can perform a site survey to insure we send in the right resources on the day of the recovery. A site survey can also be used to provide a more accurate quote.
Serial Number Capture
When requested, we can perform serial number capture either manually or by scanning.
Serial Number Reconciliation
If necessary, when provided with a list of serial numbers, we use a program which allows us to verify the serial number as we recover each asset.
De-installs
When removing electronic equipment from offices or schools, our crew will typically be abIe to disconnect the equipment and prepare it for shipping. In the case of data centers where the equipment is still connected, we will send in skilled technicians to disconnect the equipment before our crews come in to remove and pack.
Dedicated Loads
When secure transportation for data sensitive items is required, we can pack and load onto locked and sealed dedicated trucks directly from the site.
